Cory Lukach
Founder
Cory became a licensed plumber before shifting gears to the business side of managing a large construction division. After finding his passion of connecting with team members, driving his team to new sales levels and mastering digital marketing, Cory decided to embark on a new personal and professional adventure to Costa Rica where he developed a digital marketing agency with his wife, Kat. Cory`s energetic personality fuses passion and knowledge to a marketing tribe focusing on driving real results for passionate business owners.
Kat Lukach
Co-Founder
Kat spent 8 years working as a special education teacher for a public school board in Ontario, and never thought about the possibility of leaving the career that she had worked so hard for. In 2020, she switched gears and decided to embark on the greatest adventure of her life, by moving to beautiful Costa Rica with her husband to become an entrepreneur. She now prides herself in working alongside inspiring business owners who share the same values, morals and outlook on life as she does.

Curtis Friesen
Chief Technology Officer
Curtis became fascinated with technology at an early age. He fell in love with video games in his teenage years, then turned to software development as his career plan. He attended Niagara College for Computer Programming and now works at iPipeline Canada as a Software Developer. Curtis fell in love with Niagara so much that he decided to get a place with the woman of his dreams. In his spare time, Curtis continues to enjoy playing video games, practicing guitar, designing logos and developing websites.
Eliana Hedgecock
Senior Campaign Manager
Eliana was born, and raised, and lives on the Space Coast of Florida. Naturally, this math-minded little girl grew up wanting to be an astronaut. Following in the footsteps of her uncle, she pursued an engineering degree and lived her life “pedal to the metal” skydiving, snowboarding, surfing.Eliana has a passion to help others achieve the success and freedom they crave. Eliana is especially passionate about focusing on companies with the same values that she lives by and can’t wait to help the rest of the world get excited about them too!
Buddy
The BOSS
Buddy is a true team-leader. He has the energy of a toddler, but the dedication of your ultra cool and successful uncle. Being an Australian shepherd, Buddy makes it his personal responsibility to make sure his Tribe is always moving in the right direction, herding his team down the path of persistence, motivation and success. He will never let one of his tribe members veer away from the pack. What he lacks in a tail, he sure makes up for in his energy. He would work all day if he could, but is learning to make time for play, and enjoys chasing birds on his time off. Buddy is a true boss, and reminds his team to always dress for success.
